A Special Issue related to the GADEST 2026 conference is planned for publication in Materials Science in Semiconductor Processing (Elsevier, IF = 4.6).
This will be a regular Special Issue, not a conference proceedings volume. Submitted articles must meet the journal’s usual standards and requirements and will undergo the standard peer-review process.
The Special Issue is expected to be published prior to the conference, with the manuscript submission deadline tentatively planned for late May 2026
