A Special Issue dedicated to the 21st International Conference on Gettering and Defect Engineering in Semiconductor Technology (GADEST 2026) will be published in the journal Materials Science in Semiconductor Processing (Elsevier, IF=4.6).
Authors presenting their work at GADEST 2026 are invited to submit a full research paper or review article for consideration in the Special Issue.
