Accommodation is available at the San Servolo Residential Center, where a number of rooms have been pre-booked for GADEST 2026 participants.
Available room types:
- Single rooms: €118–130 per night
- Double rooms: €180–210 per night

A limited number of student packages including accommodation in a triple room for the full duration of the conference (Sunday to Friday) is also available through the registration procedure.
Available rooms will be assigned on a first-come-first-served basis. Rooms in San Servolo are not guaranteed after June 22, 2026, even for registered participants. Participants are therefore strongly encouraged to complete their registration and accommodation booking as soon as possible and before this date.
Breakfast is included with the accommodation (7:30–10:00 a.m.). Lunches (Sunday excluded), dinners, and coffee breaks are included in the conference registration fee.
The residential centre on the island of San Servolo is your oasis of peace and tranquillity, just ten minutes by vaporetto from St Mark’s Square.
