The registration fee covers full participation in the conference, including access to all scientific sessions, coffee breaks, lunches (Sunday excluded), and conference dinners, fostering informal discussion and interaction among participants.
Accommodation is not included in the registration fee (except for students applying for the student package with triple-room accommodation, see below) and must be booked separately via the dedicated Accommodation page.
Registration Fees and Deadlines
(NOTE: fees are tentative. Final fees will be confirmed and published after March 1, 2026.)
Early Registration – until June 22, 2026
- Regular fee: 800 EUR
- Student fee: 550 EUR
- Accompanying person: 550 EUR
Late Registration – from June 23 to September 7, 2026
- Late regular fee: 950 EUR
- Late student fee: 650 EUR
- Late accompanying person: 650 EUR
Accommodation in San Servolo
Accommodation in San Servolo is available in limited numbers.
Rooms in San Servolo are not guaranteed after June 22, 2026, even for registered participants.
Participants are therefore strongly encouraged to complete their registration and accommodation booking before this date.
Payment Information
After completing the registration form, registrations will be reviewed by the organizers.
Once the registration has been accepted (typically within 3 days), participants will receive a confirmation email from Indico containing the link for fee payment.(*)
Registration will be considered final only after payment of the conference fee.
Please note that payment will be handled by an external agency. Further details and the payment link will be communicated in due course.
(*)University of Padova staff should not proceed through the standard payment link and are requested to contact gadest2026@dfa.unipd.it for further instructions.
Student Registration – Proof of Status
Participants registering with the student fee must provide proof of student status at the end of the registration process (e.g. valid student ID card or official enrollment certificate for the academic year 2025–2026).
Student Registration with Accommodation (Triple Room)
A limited number of student packages including accommodation in a triple room for the full duration of the conference (Sunday to Friday) is available.
- Total fee: 950 EUR (conference registration + accommodation)
- Availability is limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis
Procedure
- The student completes the online registration, selecting the student registration with accommodation option.
- The student receives a notification of approval (typically within 3 days).
- If approved, the student may proceed with the payment.
- If not approved (e.g. due to lack of availability), the student may still register under the standard student fee and arrange accommodation independently.
Deadline for student registration with triple-room accommodation: June 1, 2026.
Room Assignment Policy
For students applying for triple-room accommodation:
- Participants will be asked to indicate their gender for room assignment purposes.
- Mixed-gender rooms will not be allowed.
- Students may indicate a preferred roommate (if both participants request each other). Requests will be accommodated whenever possible.
- Final room assignments will be communicated after June 1, 2026.
Gender information will be used exclusively for accommodation purposes.
Awards Eligibility
Young Researcher Award (YRA)
Eligibility requirement: candidates must be under 40 years of age on September 27, 2026.
Participants wishing to be considered for the YRA must indicate this during registration and provide their date of birth for eligibility verification.
Participants registered under the Student fee are not eligible for the YRA.
In case of selection as award recipient, proof of age will be required through a valid official identification document.
Young Student Award (YSA)
Participants registered under the Student fee are automatically eligible for the Young Student Award (YSA).
No separate application is required.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, the following conditions will apply:
- Until 27 July 2026: 10% of the invoice amount will be retained
- Until 17 August 2026: 30% of the invoice amount will be retained
- Until 7 September 2026: 80% of the invoice amount will be retained
- After 7 September 2026: no refund will be possible
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed after the conference.
