The registration fee covers full participation in the conference, including lunches (Sunday excluded), dinners, and coffee breaks, fostering informal discussion and interaction among participants. Accommodation is not included in the registration fee and must be booked separately via the dedicated accommodation page.

Registrants will receive the link to fee payment in the registration confirmation email from Indico, once the registration has been accepted by the organizers.
Registration to the conference will be finalized only after the payment of the conference fee.
