Please, read carefully the following instructions for presenters.
Keynote/Invited Talks:
Invited talks will be 30 minutes long + 3 minutes for questions. The preferred contribution format is microsoft Powerpoint (.pptx) or Portable Document Format (.pdf).
A laptop running Microsoft Windows 10 will be made available to presenters.
Oral presentations:
Contributed oral talks will be 20 minutes long + 3 minutes for questions. The preferred contribution format is microsoft Powerpoint (.pptx) or Portable Document Format (.pdf).
A laptop running Microsoft Windows 10 will be made available to presenters.
Posters:
Poster presenters are required to attend both an in-presence and an online poster session, which will take place on Thursday, September 8, 2022.
- For the in-presence poster session, the poster should be in A0 portrait format (841 mm wide and 1189 mm high);
- For the online poster session, the Gather Town platform will be used. Presenters are required to prepare a .png or .jpeg version of their poster. The image of the poster should have a minimum width/height of 1000 x 600 pixels and a size no larger than 3MB. Further instructions on the use of Gather Town will be sent to presenters by e-mail.
