PR'22 is a dual conference: participation can be either in presence or on-line.
In-presence participation
Conference fares are made up of two bills: (i) conference fees and (ii) hotel package which includes 4 days accommodation, welcome drink, meals, gala dinner, social events and access to hotel facilities like swimming pools etc. Please note that conference registration is validated only when the payment of both those bills is confirmed.
The conference will take place at the Park Hotel Villa Fiorita (Monastier, TV, Italy). This is the only structure entitled to provide the services for the PR'22 conference. For registration to be valid, your stay must be booked at this hotel via the web form link available on this site.
Two room options are available:
- private room is a double-room reserved for one participant. Accompanying persons are allowed: the cost for an accompanying person if of 16€ per night plus the cost for meals and participation in social events, to be paid on-site. For further details, please directly contact the hotel after the booking.
- shared room is a double-room which is shared with another conference participant. In this case during the registration process you will be asked to indicate the name you want to share the room with. In case of no indication, room assignment will be made by the hotel.

(*) The hotel cost for the PR'22 conference package is not modifiable, even if you don't stay for the whole conference. Hotel prices are valid till June 15, 2022. Registrations performed between June 15 and July 15 will be subjected to a 15% increase of the hotel quota. Registrations performed after July 16 will be subjected to room availability and the price of the meeting package will be agreed directly with the hotel. Conference fees are not subjected to any change.

On-line participation
On-line participation will be enabled by means of a Zoom link connection. On-line participants will be allowed to attend all the talks and interact remotely with the speaker and the audience. On-line poster sessions are previewed as well.

Cancellation policy
In-presence cancellations received before June 15 will receive a 100% refund of hotel quota. Unfortunately, conference fees cannot be refunded.
In-presence cancellations received between June 16 st and July 15 will receive a 40% refund of hotel quota. Unfortunately, conference fees cannot be refunded.
In-presence cancellations received after August 1st will not be refunded.
In case of cancellation of an in-presence registration, it is always possible to register for on-line participation. In this case the participant needs to pay only the on-line quote (430 €).
Cancellations of on-line registrations will not be refunded.
