To allow a smooth handling of all scheduled talks in what is a rather dense program, we require that all speakers upload their presentation on the Indico webpage of the conference well ahead of the day of their presentation. The talks will be delivered using our computer.
Please note that the file should be in .pdf format. (no keynote nor powerpoint format).
If you are already registered on Indico (with the same email address provided in the abstract submission):
- you should go to the timetable of the event (https://indico.dfa.unipd.it/event/1200/timetable/#20250526.detailed);
- click on your contribution --> "View contribuition details" (the three dots next to the title)
- then click on the pen-shaped logo ("edit materials") right next to "Presentation materials";
- you can finally upload your file
If you have yet to register on Indico, you should first create your account (using the same email address you provided in the abstract submission) by clicking on "login" on the top right corner and follow the instructions; you can then upload the presentation as indicated above.
