Registration fee: Instructions for payment

 

Participation in the PLANCK 2025 Conference requires the payment of a registration fee. The fee includes: 

coffee breaks, 
the welcome lunch on Monday, May 26th, 
the social event on Wednesday, May 28th, 
and the social dinner on Thursday, May 29th.

 

You are kindly invited to complete the registration form and select your preferred payment method:

  • Through HT EVENTI E FORMAZIONE S.R.L., the congress agency authorized by the LOC to collect fees and issue receipts.

    Also INFN employees and associates are invited to pay the fee to the Agency. 

    Note to INFN employees and associates, other Public Sector employees (Universities, Research Institutions, ect.):

    Before proceeding with payment through the congress agency, please contact the administrative office of your institution and agree on the correct procedure to follow (invoice addressed to the institution with Split Payment and not to the participant).

 

  • Through the Physics Department (for UNIPD Physics Department employees only): Please write an email to planck25_contact@lists.pd.infn.it indicating which fund to charge the fee to.
     

The registration process will be considered complete only after the conference fee has been received. A confirmation message will be sent by the organizers.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All refund requests must be made in writing by sending an email to: planck25_contact@lists.pd.infn.it
  
Request by April 25th: full refund apart from a 30 euro administrative fee.
Request from April 26th to May 6th: 50% refund.
Request after May 6th: no refund.
