The meeting will be in hybrid form.
Here are some rules for in person speakers:
- the time slot allocated for your presentation, available in the timetable, includes 5 min for questions
- please provide your presentation (pptx or pdf) in advance to
chetec-infra@dfa.unipd.it
- a test will be performed before the corresponding session
- a fixed microphone will be at your disposition
- the pointer will be provided by the organizers
- the presentation will be projected at your back and it will be visible in front of you on a devoted screen
In person participants:
- if you have a question please raise your hand and speak only after one of the organizer would have given you the microphone
Remote speakers:
- a zoom link will be created and all info will be published in the present session of the indico page
- the zoom room will be opened 1 hour before the start of the meeting please check that your connection is working properly, in case is not contact the organizers: chetec-infra@dfa.unipd.it
- you will be allowed to share your screen only during your time slot

- during sessions you will be muted
- in case you have comments or question pleasereport it in the chat. You will be unmuted by the moderator during the question time. In case any technical issues will come out the moderator will ask your question in your place
