The conference will be hosted at Centro Culturale Altinate | San Gaetano, in the heart of Padova's historical centre, a five-minute walk from the Department of Physics and Astronomy of the University of Padova.
Travelling to Padua
Airports
The closest airports to Padua are:

Reaching Padova from the airports
From the Venice airport:
- AIRSERVICE:a private shuttle minibus can be booked to collect participants at the airport and drive them directly to their hotels. The price starts from 44 € per person. The service must be booked at least 48 hours in advance by emailwebform.
- Landomas: a private shuttle minibus service or vehicle with driver service. The service must be booked at least 24 hours in advance by emailor by telephone (+39 0498600382).
- FSBusItalia Veneto Bus: The ticket costs 13 € and can be bought at the ticket vending machine at the airport, next to the stop. The bus stop is located outside the arrivals hall and the travel time is about 45 minutes. The main stop in Padova is "Padova Autostazione". More information here.
- Trenitalia: Padova can easily be reached by train, once you land in Venice. Venice International Airport is connected to the Venezia Mestre railway station by bus (ACTV line 15) and by the shuttle bus ATVO Mestre Express. It takes about 30 minutes by train from Venezia Mestre to Padova.
From the Venice airport:
- AIRSERVICE: see above ("From the Venice airport").
- FSBusItalia Veneto or MOM bus: The ticket costs about 10 euros and can be bought at the newspaper stand in the hall; the bus stop is located across the road in front of the airport, slightly on the right. The travel time is 1 hour, and the bus runs approximately every 30 minutes. The main stop in Padova is "Padova Autostazione". From the Verona airport:
- Verona AIRLINK: the airport is connected to the Verona Porta Nuova train station via a shuttle service that runs every 20 minutes. The timetable is available here. The train from Verona Porta Nuova to Padova takes about 1 hour.
By train
Padova can be reached using both the Venice-Milan-Turin and the Venice-Rome railways.
