You will be able to particitpate best if you already have a working installation of autoMAGIC on the PIC server. Everyone who wants to participate in the hands-on parts should at least get the minimum requirements done until the start of the workshop.
Minimum Requirements:
- Create a PIC account here: https://www.pic.es/register/
- Contact me at jan-lukas.schubert@tu-dortmund.de and tell me your PIC username so I can give you access to the autoMAGIC gitlab
Desirable Requirements:
- Install autoMAGIC as described here: https://gitlab.pic.es/magic/automatic_analysis/-/wikis/Installation%20Guide
- Clone the gitlab to your PIC home
- Install conda/mamba in your PIC home
- Install the autoMAGIC package in your PIC home
- Please install MARS V-3-1-0 and root6
- You don't have to set up the user config file yet
In case you have problems I will offer an assisted installation on wednesday afternoon.
