The conference fee of 220 euros covers:
- 4 coffee breaks
- 3 lunches
- the conference dinner on the 12th
- the night visit to the San Marco Basilica on the 11th
The early bird registration deadline is on the 5th of September.
Late registration (after early-bird deadline) is allowed until the 20th of September at the cost of 280 euro.

Cancellation policy
Until 5th of September full refund.
From 6th to 20th September 50% refund.
From 21th September onwards no refund.

There is a fixed cost of 30 euro for the management of the refund procedure.
