Bulk reconstruction has been one of the main applications of AdS/CFT holography. Beyond providing information about curved spacetime geometries, holography can offer insights into spacetime structures that are difficult to investigate through a purely bulk analysis, such as black hole singularities. The presence of the singularity itself is reflected in analytic structure of the dual CFT correlators, as was previously established in AdS/CFT. I will give an overview of a recent paper by Batra, Levine, and Shenker (arXiv:2609.32071), which investigates how the gravitational backreaction of geodesics approaching the black hole singularity modifies its signatures in holographic correlators, and what this may teach us about the fate of singularities beyond the probe approximation.
