Description
The GRANDMA network's efforts in searching for optical counterparts of gravitational waves will be presented.
GRANDMA is a growing collaboration that brings together telescopes and scientific institutions from many countries around the world. Our telescopes are located in different parts of the Earth, in both the Northern and Southern Hemispheres. We use wide-field and narrow-field telescopes, as well as a data processing pipeline developed specifically for the collaboration (hosted by IJCLab).
Along with professional astronomers, amateur astronomers also participate in collaborative observations, using the Kilonova-Catcher Program.
