 nHigh-resolution\, high-S/N spectroscopy of solar twins provides a powerfu
 l tool to explore a wide range of problems in astrophysics. In this semina
 r\, I will discuss how studying these objects —stars with temperature\, 
 luminosity\, and metal content closely matching our Sun— offers critical
  insights into the formation and evolution of planets\, addresses open que
 stions in stellar astrophysics such as internal mixing processes and the r
 otational evolution of the Sun\, and provides key constraints for Galactic
  archaeology\, including the detection of possible subpopulations in the G
