DESCRIPTION:The Interdisciplinary Challenges conference series covers a br
 oad variety of topics at the interface between the physics of complex syst
 ems and biology\, from soft and active matter\, to ecology\, to biological
  and machine learning.\nThis conference aims to connect early-career rese
 archers from diverse backgrounds. It is a fantastic opportunity for PhD st
 udents\, postdocs and recent permanent researchers to exchange ideas and f
 oster collaborations in a dynamical environment promoting diversity\, equa
 lity and inclusion. Sustainable mobility is strongly encouraged\, with mo
 netary prizes awarded as incentives. \nIntcha27 will be held from May 3 t
 o May 7 at the University of Padua\, Italy. Previous editions were held in
  Vienna (2021)\, Edinburgh (2022)\, Rome (2023)\, Dresden (2024)\, Heidelb
