 ucial to understand how perturbations disrupt this communication. In this 
 talk\, I present a density-matrix framework that uses diffusion dynamics a
 nd multiscale propagation to quantify information flow between specific gr
 oups of nodes. Building on this framework\, I introduce the concept of fun
 ctional fragility to characterize how sensitive these communication patter
 ns are to structural disruptions. This approach offers a distinct\, dynami
 cal perspective on the interplay between network topology\, information ro
