  information exchange among interconnected components\, making it crucial 
 to understand how perturbations disrupt this communication. In this talk\,
  I present a density-matrix framework that uses diffusion dynamics and mul
 tiscale propagation to quantify information flow between specific groups o
 f nodes. Building on this framework\, I introduce the concept of functiona
 l fragility to characterize how sensitive these communication patterns are
  to structural disruptions. This approach offers a distinct\, dynamical pe
