Description
The first lecture will contain a brief summary of some of the
origins and special features of (text-book) Quantum Mechanics.
It will be followed by general remarks on Quantum Theory, such
as: Indeterminacy of relativistic physics and of Quantum Mechanics,
inadequacy of the Schroedinger Equation, Einstein causality,
properties of relativistic quantum theory (e.g., Huygens' Principle).
In a third lecture, I will present the basic elements and results of
the so-called "ETH-Approach/Completion" of Quantum Mechanics, including
an analysis of fluorescence.
The last lecture will be about weak measurements and particle tracks
in Quantum Mechanics.
