Prof. Cheikh Mouhamed Fadel Kébé is an expert in higher education management, research, and innovation, with a focus on energy efficiency, renewable energies, and entrepreneurship. Prof. Kébé has over 20 years of experience in managing international projects, particularly in renewable energies and metrology. He has been involved in multiple World Bank and European Union projects, and currently serves as the Managing Director of QMP Management Senegal. He is also the President of the Senegalese Metrology Association (ASMET), actively advocating for the development of industrial and scientific metrology in West Africa. His contributions extend to numerous publications on solar energy and renewable energy systems, and he plays a vital role in the African Centres of Excellence for development impact, supporting capacity building and training across the region.
