Description

In this talk I will review some basic features of indefinite, and more specifically hyperbolic Kac Moody algebras, and report on ongoing (and still unpublished) work on the simplest such algebra, of rank three. Possible implications for the quantum cosmology of the Big Bang will be briefly discussed, see also Class.Quant.Grav. 38 (2021) 18, 187001.
